Terms of Service:
By placing an order, Client agrees to the following terms and conditions established by Montroy Media LLC dba Montroy Media:
Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of order via Square. Appointments are not officially confirmed until payment is successfully processed. Media will be released for download only after the balance is paid.
Scheduling and Access: Client is responsible for ensuring property access (gate codes, lockbox info) and that the property is "photo-ready" at the scheduled time.
Reschedule / Cancellation: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $50 fee. If the photographer arrives and cannot access the property, or if the property is not ready to be photographed at the time of arrival, a $75 Trip Fee will apply instead of the cancellation fee.
Turnaround: Standard delivery for photography is the next business day, 24 hour turn around time. Specialized editing may require up to 48 hours.
Weather & Drone Regulations: Exterior and Drone services are weather-dependent. For safety and quality, these specific services may be rescheduled at no additional cost if conditions are unfavorable (high winds, rain, etc.). FAA Part 107 drone rules and regulations apply to all drone appointments. Please note that appointments for properties located within controlled airspace or near airports may be restricted or may not get approved for flight.
Revisions: Minor editing correction requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Major revisions or requests for reshoots due to property condition or homeowner/agent preference will incur additional fees.
Usage Rights: All media remains the legal copyright of Montroy Media LLC dba Montroy Media. Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for the marketing of the specific property listing for the duration of the listing. Media may not be resold, gifted, or transferred to third parties (including builders, stagers, or other agents) without written consent.
