Terms of Service:
By placing an order, Client agrees to the following terms and conditions established by Montroy Media LLC dba Montroy Media:
Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of order via Stripe. Appointments are not officially confirmed until payment is successfully processed. Media will be released for download only after the balance is paid.
Scheduling and Access: Client is responsible for ensuring property access (gate codes, lockbox info) and that the property is "photo-ready" at the scheduled time.
Non-Refundable Booking Fee: All appointments require a $10 non-refundable booking fee to secure the date. This fee covers administrative costs and is not refundable under any circumstances.
Turnaround: Standard photography delivery is the next business day, with a 24-hour turnaround. Specialized editing may require up to 48 hours.
Weather & Drone Regulations: Exterior and Drone services are weather-dependent. For safety and quality, rain, high winds, or unsafe weather conditions may require exterior and/or drone photography to be rescheduled. Interior photography may proceed as scheduled when conditions permit. If exterior or drone photography cannot be completed due to weather, a return visit will be arranged at no additional charge, subject to weather and scheduling availability. Part 107 drone rules and regulations apply to all drone appointments. Please note that appointments for properties located within controlled airspace or near airports may be restricted or may not be approved for flight.
Revisions: Minor editing correction requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Major revisions or requests for reshoots due to property condition or homeowner/agent preference will incur additional fees.
Usage Rights: All media remains the legal copyright of Montroy Media LLC dba Montroy Media. Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for the marketing of the specific property listing for the duration of the listing. Media may not be resold, gifted, or transferred to third parties (including builders, stagers, or other agents) without written consent.
